1 egg , large
2 egg yolks , large
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup whipped cream , for serving

Instructions

8.Divide the caramel mixture evenly between six small glasses or ramekins. Carefully pour the pudding mixture over the caramel.
9.Chill the budino in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
10.When ready to serve, top each budino with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of sea salt for garnish.
