3 Roma tomatoes , chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 lemon , juiced
salt and pepper to taste

Salsamole is a zesty twist on traditional guacamole or salsa made with a combination of jalapeno and serrano peppers (and optional habanero), yellow onion, garlic, and fresh Roma tomatoes. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the minced jalapeno peppers and serrano peppers (if using) with the chopped onion and minced garlic.
2.Add the cubed avocados, chopped Roma tomatoes and canned diced tomatoes.
3.Mix in the lemon juice and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.Using a potato masher, mash all the ingredients together until it reaches your desired consistency. Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving.
