Ingredients

1 clove garlic , cut in half
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 bunches parsley ( about 2 cups and I use Italian parsley )
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons capers , drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1.Add garlic and salt to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
2.Add parsley, capers, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and black pepper and pulse until everything is blended well.
3.Continuing to pulse, slowly pour in the olive oil until the sauce is well combined.
4.Taste and add additional salt and pepper as needed.
