1 teaspoon salt , to taste
1 lime , juice of , fresh
1/2 tablespoon vinegar ( optional )

Instructions

1.Roast the tomatoes, poblano peppers, serrano chili, and garlic in the oven at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes until soft and charred.

3.Pulse the blender until the salsa reaches your desired consistency. Leave it slightly chunky for a more rustic texture.
