Instructions

1.In a blender or food processor, puree the Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, garlic, habanero pepper, jalapeno pepper, serrano pepper, onion, carrot, cilantro leaves, canned diced tomatoes, chopped large tomato, green onions, lime juice, distilled white vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
2.Cover, and refrigerate the salsa for 1 hour before serving.
