4 large roma tomatoes
6 jalapeno peppers

Instructions

3.Wash the tomatoes and chop them into small cubes. Discard the stem and center of the tomato.

6.Add the chopped tomatoes and salt and stir everything together.
7.Pour in the water and bring everything to a boil.
8.Reduce heat to a simmer and cook uncovered for about 20-25 minutes or until the salsa thickens to your preference.
9.Taste and adjust salt accordingly.
10.Remove from heat and let it cool. Serve and enjoy!
