1 chili pepper , sliced ( jalapeno , serrano , etc.-red or green-use 1 small one or to taste )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, salt, and lemon juice.
2.Add the salmon fillets to the bowl and coat them in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
3.Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
4.Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until lightly charred and cooked through.
5.While the salmon is cooking, prepare the fresh mango chutney. Peel and chop the fresh mango and add it to a small bowl. Stir in the mango chutney and sliced chili pepper.
