Salmon Teriyaki with Bok Choy is a quick and easy dish that is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. The savory and slightly sweet teriyaki sauce complements the rich, buttery flavor of the salmon perfectly, while the bok choy adds a healthy crunch to the dish.

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2.Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
3.Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and brush with half of the sauce mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
4.Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise and steam for 3-4 minutes.
5.Serve salmon with bok choy and drizzle remaining sauce on top. Garnish with chopped green onions.
