Ingredients

56 g salmon ( I used water-packed canned )
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1 garlic clove
2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon cooking wine ( I use rice )
90 g shirataki noodles
salt & fresh ground pepper , to taste
1 pinch cornstarch ( i use flour )
wakame seaweed , to taste
26 g red bell peppers
26 g green bell peppers
1 shiitake mushroom
3 okra pods , to taste
15 -26 g carrots
cabbage , to taste

Instructions

1.Rinse and drain the shirataki noodles thoroughly in cold water.
2.Mince the garlic clove and cut all vegetables into thin slices.

4.Bring a small pot of water to a boil, then add the shirataki noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
5.Heat up a pan to medium heat, add cooking oil, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
6.Add sliced mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
7.Add salmon and stir-fry until just cooked.
8.Add shirataki noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
9.Mix in soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
10.Add okra, bell peppers, and cabbage. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked through.
