1/2 lb salmon , diced
3 -4 roma tomatoes
1 small white onion
1 mango ( not too ripe )
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 -3 serrano peppers
10 limes , juice of
whole wheat crackers

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the diced salmon with the lime juice and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

4.After 10-15 minutes, drain off most of the lime juice from the salmon.
5.Mix in the chopped tomatoes, onion, serrano peppers, cilantro, and mango.
6.Serve with whole wheat crackers.
