15 ml brandy
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic , minced ( use as a rub on the fillet )
pepper ( I used a four peppercorn blend )

Worcestershire sauce , 2 shakes
lemon juice , 2 squeezes
3 tablespoons butter , in saucepan medium heat
3 tablespoons butter , for saucepan later
30 ml cream cheese
2 teaspoons dried dill weed

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F
2.Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon

5.Add cream/half-and-half, Dijon mustard, and brandy. Whisk the mixture together until smooth.
6.Boil for 2-3 minutes
7.Add Worcester sauce, lemon juice, and fresh dill weed
8.Arrange salmon in a baking dish and pour sauce over salmon
9.Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon is cooked through
