Ingredients

1 salmon steak
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lemon , cut in half
70 g plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 minced garlic clove
1/8 teaspoon paprika
6 coriander leaves
3 sprigs parsley

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Cut the salmon steak into 4 equal pieces and sprinkle with pepper.
3.Place the salmon pieces on the prepared baking sheet and squeeze the juice of half the lemon over them.
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
5.While the salmon is cooking, prepare the yoghurt sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, cumin, minced garlic, paprika, and the juice of the other half of the lemon.
6.To serve, place a salmon cutlet on a plate and spoon some of the yogurt sauce over it. Garnish with coriander and parsley leaves.
