2 salmon fillets
6 tablespoons , bulgogi sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
6 ounces soy sauce
1 medium apple
1 Asian pear ( use 2 normal pears if Asian pears are not available )
1 medium onion
5 garlic cloves

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together bulgogi sauce, red pepper powder, and soy sauce.

4.Pour half of the sauce into a baking dish and lay salmon fillets over it.
5.Pour the remaining sauce over the fish.
6.Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
7.preheat the oven to 375°F and bake fish for 20 minutes.
