Ingredients

4 cups milk
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
sugar ( to taste )
ground cinnamon ( to taste )
unsweetened dried shredded coconut ( to taste )
chopped pistachios ( to taste )

Instructions

1.In a 2 quart saucepan, mix milk, cornstarch, vanilla and sugar until smooth.
2.On medium heat, stir mixture until it thickens. Do NOT bring to a boil.
3.Remove from heat and pour into 4 serving cups.
4.Let it sit for 5 minutes to cool down.
5.Sprinkle with cinnamon, coconut, and pistachios.
6.Enjoy!
