Ingredients

6 slices bacon , rough chopped
1 bag Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
1/8 cup olive oil , to fry potatoes if needed
1 cup black beans , drained and rinsed
1/3 cup Italian dressing ( I use Good Seasons )
2 medium onions , chopped
2 medium carrots , chopped
1 lb kielbasa , sliced diagonally in 1/8 inch slices
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup chicken broth
1 can tomato puree
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1/2 cup breadcrumbs , plain
2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
2 tablespoons cilantro , chopped

Instructions
