Ingredients

4 slices bread ( we used multi grain )
4 teaspoons butter
chutney , your chocie of flavour ( we used an apricot one )
60 g leg ham , shaved thinly
80 g cheddar cheese
1 pickled onion , thinly sliced ( we used chilli one )
Inspired by the classic English Ploughman's lunch, Russ's Ploughman's Lunch Style Toasted Jaffles combine sweet and salty flavors in a delicious toasted sandwich. Instructions

1.Preheat the jaffle maker and grease with a little butter.
2.Spread chutney on one side of each bread slice.
3.Layer ham on the chutney, then cheese, and finally pickled onion.
4.Place the bread, with the filling facing inwards, into the jaffle maker.
5.Brush the outside of the bread with butter.
6.Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted.
7.Cut diagonally and serve hot.
