1 cup sugar | |

0.5 can condensed milk | |

1. | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). |
2. | In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar together until fluffy. |
3. | Gradually mix in flour. |
4. | Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. |
5. | Grease a baking sheet, and using a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip, pipe dough into cone shapes. |
6. | Bake for 18-20 minutes. |
7. | While the trubochki are baking, mix together condensed milk, whipped cream, and cream cheese until smooth. |
8. | When the trubochki have cooled, fill with the cream mixture using a pastry bag. |
