600 g chicken
60 g carrots
15 g green onions
400 g rice
2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

1.Rinse the rice until water runs clear
2.In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat
3.Add chicken and sauté until browned
4.Add chopped carrots and green onions, sauté for 5 minutes
5.Add rice and sauté for 1 minute
6.Add water (rice to water ratio is 1:2), bring to a boil
7.Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce heat to low, simmer for 20-25 minutes
8.Turn off heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes
9.Fluff with a fork and serve.
