2 bay leaves

Instructions

1.Finely chop the mushrooms and onion
2.In a large bowl, mix the flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 cup of water until a sticky dough forms

4.Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until tender
5.Add the mushrooms and remaining salt to the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes
6.Roll out the dough thinly and cut circles using a cup or cookie cutter

8.Boil the pelmeni in a large pot of salted water with bay leaves for 8-10 minutes until they float
9.Serve hot with sour cream or melted butter
