2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, rye breadcrumbs, chopped onion, Russian salad dressing, nonfat sour cream, prepared horseradish, minced fresh parsley, paprika, and ground pepper.
3.Press mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
4.Bake for 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
