1/2 cup Splenda granular or 1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter ( softened , divided )
2 tablespoons semolina
1 envelope vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon flour
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons Splenda granular or 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
2.In a large mixing bowl, beat together cottage cheese, eggs, Splenda, 2 tbsp butter, semolina, vanilla sugar or extract, and raisins
3.Grease a 9-inch baking dish with 1 tbsp of butter and sprinkle flour on the base
4.Pour the mixture into the dish and bake for 20-25 minutes
5.In another mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, 1 tbsp melted butter, vanilla sugar or extract, and Splenda
6.Pour the mixture onto the baked cheesecake and bake for another 10-15 minutes
7.Once done, allow the cheesecake to cool down before serving
