1 teaspoon pepper sauce ( Tabasco )
3 ounces tomato paste
4 ounces ditalini pasta

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add carrot, celery, and onion, cooking for 10 minutes or so until softened.

3.Add beef stock, diced tomatoes, red kidney beans, cannellini beans, oregano, parsley, pepper sauce, and tomato paste. Stir well and bring to a boil.
