Ingredients

4 rouladen beef
salt & pepper
4 large mushrooms , cleaned & sliced
4 tablespoons pickled hot peppers , chopped
1 stalk celery , chopped
4 green onions , cleaned and chopped
4 cloves garlic , minced
1/4 cup sweet pepper , chopped
1/4 cup onion , chopped
2 teaspoons Mrs . Dash seasoning mix ( or other mixed spice blend )
1 can cream of celery soup
4 sun-dried tomatoes , drained of oil
2 tablespoons hot sauce ( I like Peri-Peri or tobasco )

Instructions

1.Season the beef rouladen with salt and pepper on both sides.
2.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef on both sides, then remove and set aside.
3.Add the mushrooms, pickled hot peppers, celery, green onions, garlic, sweet pepper, onion, and Mrs. Dash seasoning mix to the same skillet and cook until vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
4.Add in the cream of celery soup, sun-dried tomatoes, and hot sauce. Stir to combine.
5.Add the beef back in to the skillet with the vegetable mixture. Cover and simmer until the beef is tender, about 1-2 hours.
6.Serve hot.
