1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ( optional )
1 pinch salt , to taste
1 pinch pepper , to taste
1 jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
10 lasagna noodles , cooked

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chopped mushrooms, onion, and prosciutto, and sauté until the vegetables are soft and the prosciutto is crispy.
3.Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
