fresh ground black pepper ( to taste )
2 cups white wine ( dry )
1/2 cup olive oil

1 1/2 k potatoes ( peeled )
1/3 cup herbs ( fresh such as parsley chives and rosemary )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
