Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F.

3.Remove the stems and tough ribs from the swiss chard and chop the leaves.

5.Add the chard leaves and salt. Cook for 4-6 minutes until the leaves are wilted and tender. Add the water and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
6.Season the lamb chops with garlic, salt, rosemary, and pepper.
7.Heat a large oven-safe skillet over high heat. Add the lamb chops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
8.Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
9.Serve the lamb chops with the swiss chard and drizzle with the balsamic syrup.
