1 chicken ( broiler cut up )
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup lemon ( juice )
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 cup butter

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Mix together the flour, salt and cayenne pepper in a large ziploc bag.
3.Shake the chicken pieces until they are well coated in the flour mixture.
4.In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until melted.
5.Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on each side.
6.In a separate saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry powder and 1/4 cup of butter.
7.Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well combined.
8.Place the cooked chicken in a large baking dish and pour the honey glaze on top, spreading it evenly.
9.Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
