2 containers ricotta cheese
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese , divided
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley , divided
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
14 ounces spaghetti sauce
Ronzoni's Cheese-Filled Manicotti is an Italian classic. This dish is typically enjoyed during special occasions such as holidays and large family gatherings. Instructions

1.Cook the manicotti according to the package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, half of the mozzarella and parmesan, half of the parsley, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix everything together and put into a ziplock bag.
3.Cut off one of the bottom corners of the bag and carefully fill each manicotti with the cheese mixture.
4.In a baking dish, pour half of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom, then fill with the stuffed manicotti.
5.Pour over the remaining sauce and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top.
6.Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 35 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Garnish with baby parsley leaves and serve hot.
