Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
2.In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of corn oil over medium-high heat.
3.Add pork and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
4.Add pickled napa cabbage and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5.Add cooked rice and soy sauce mixture, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
6.If desired, push rice mixture to one side of the skillet and add 1-2 tablespoons of corn oil on the other side.
7.Crack eggs into the oil and scramble until cooked.
8.Mix the eggs with the rice mixture.
9.Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and stir-fry for another minute.
