1 lb beef ( in four thin slices )
prepared mustard

2 slices bacon , chopped
1 small onion , peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cups water
1 -2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

4.Divide the bacon and onion mixture among the beef slices and roll up, securing with toothpicks.

6.Add 2 cups of water to the Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 2-3 hours, until the meat is tender.
7.Remove the beef rolls from the pan and keep warm.
8.Mix the cornstarch and water together, then whisk into the remaining pan juices. Cook over medium heat until thickened into a gravy.
