Ingredients

3 baking potatoes , cut into 2cm-thick wedges ( skin on )
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves , finely chopped
20 g fresh curly-leaf parsley , finely chopped
20 g parmesan cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
