Instructions

4.Using an immersion blender, puree the soup until smooth.
5.Add the cream and frozen spinach. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

7.In a medium sized bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, spinach, garlic powder, eggs, salt, and flour until a dough is formed.
8.Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a long snake and cut into bite-sized pieces.
9.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the top.
10.Reserve 1 cup of gnocchi water and then drain the rest of the water.
11.Add the gnocchi water to the soup and stir to combine.
