Instructions

1.Preheat broiler.

3.Transfer chilies or peppers to a bowl and cover, then let stand 5 minutes.
4.Peel chilies and discard seeds and stems. Cut into long thin strips.

6.Stir in roasted chilies or peppers, cream, stock, salt, and pepper.
