Ingredients

4 lbs of Yukon gold potatoes
8 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
These roasted garlic mashed potatoes are the perfect addition to any meal. The strong garlic flavor combined with the creamy texture of the potatoes will leave you wanting more.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F
2.Peel and quarter potatoes.
3.Toss with garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and spread on a baking sheet.
4.Roast in oven for 20 minutes or until soft.
5.Mash roasted garlic and potatoes with butter and cream until smooth.
6.Add salt and pepper to taste.
