1 head garlic , unpeeled
1/4 cup olive oil

8 cups romaine lettuce leaves , torn
1 tomatoes , cored and cut into wedges
1 cup cucumber , diced
1/2 cup kalamata olive
1/2 cup feta cheese , crumbled

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2.Cut off the top of the garlic head and drizzle with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3.Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 45 minutes.
