Ingredients

4 ears corn

1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons Mexican oregano
1 tablespoon dry oregano
2 tablespoons adobo seasoning , goya
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons canola oil
1 brown paper bag
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons fresh ground pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Cut the kernels off the ears of corn and set aside.
3.Cut the garlic cloves in half and set aside.

6.Place the bag on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

9.Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the corn is tender and roasted to your liking.
