4 garlic cloves , minced
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 cups sliced mushrooms

2 teaspoons butter
1 tablespoon Wondra Flour
2 2/3 lbs trimmed beef tenderloin

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2.In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, thyme, and vegetable oil. Rub the mixture all over the beef tenderloin.

7.Add the red wine, bay leaf, Kitchen Bouquet, soy sauce and 1/2 cup water.
8.Stir together and bring the mixture to a simmer.
9.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
10.Remove the bay leaf and serve the mushroom ragout over the sliced beef tenderloin.
