2 tablespoons of chunky plum jam
1 dash of l & p Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion , finely chopped
1 tablespoon flour ( for oven bag )
750 g potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon of mashed garlic
2 sprigs fresh rosemary , finely chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C.

4.Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until soft, then remove from heat and drain.

6.Place the beef onto serving platter along with mashed potatoes.
7.Use a vegetable mill or blender to puree the onions and juices in the oven bag. If there are any lumps, press through a fine sieve.
8.Pour plum gravy over the beef. Sprinkle chopped fresh rosemary over the dish and serve.
