Ingredients

1 egg

oil ( for frying )
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water or 1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 sweet peppers , sliced ( green or red )
2 tablespoons cornstarch , dissolved in 1/2 cup water
1 can pineapple ( slices or tidbits )

Instructions

1.In a bowl, beat an egg with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Add the pork slices to the bowl and mix.
