Ingredients

1/4 cup olive , pitted and thinly sliced ( optional )
1/4 cup fresh basil , finely shredded
1 tablespoon mixed Italian herbs
1 garlic clove , crushed
1 egg , lightly whisked
1/2 red onion , finely chopped
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

5.Place the patties in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
