1 1/2 cups arborio rice
425 g tomatoes
3 cups water
100 g spicy salami , coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato , drained and sliced

1 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

6.After about 15 minutes, stir in chopped canned tomatoes, spicy salami, sun-dried tomatoes, sliced black olives and chili flakes. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the rice is cooked to your liking.
7.Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
