1 beefsteak tomato
50 g pecorino cheese

Instructions

7.In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the diced zucchini, garden peas, and chopped beefsteak tomato to the risotto. Stir occasionally until they are cooked.
8.Remove from heat and stir in the grated pecorino cheese and torn basil leaves.
9.Let the risotto rest for a few minutes before serving.
