1 cup oatmeal

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
2.In a large bowl, mix together the oatmeal, rye flour, white flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
3.Add the buttermilk and melted butter to the bowl and mix until well combined.
4.Scoop the dough onto a floured surface and use a rolling pin or your hands to press it into a 0.5cm (1/4 inch) thick round or oval shape.
5.Place the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
