Instructions

1.In a large pot, sauté the garlic, onions and green bell pepper in olive oil until fragrant.

3.Stir in the tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, water, and white sugar.
4.Stir all ingredients together well, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low.
5.Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
