Ingredients

1 cup rice , uncooked
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup water
3 tablespoons butter , divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup pistachios , shelled and unsalted
1/4 teaspoon ground mace ( optional )

Instructions

1.Rinse the rice in cold water for a few minutes before placing it in a pot.

8.Remove the nuts from the heat and add the ground mace.
9.Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and transfer it to a serving dish.
10.Drizzle the nuts and spice mix over the top of the rice and serve immediately.
