1/3 cup raisins
2 apples
1 large egg
1 pinch salt

6 tablespoons butter , room temperature
1 tablespoon apricot jam
2 tablespoons ground almonds

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a small bowl, soak the raisins in a little water. After five minutes, drain them.
3.Peel and core the apples, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl with the raisins and egg.
4.Add salt, sugar, and cooked rice to the bowl and mix well.
5.In another small bowl, mix together the butter, apricot jam, ground almonds, and sugar until smooth.
6.Grease a baking dish, then pour the apple and rice mixture into it and spread it out evenly. Dot the top with the almond and butter mixture.
7.Place in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown on top.
