Instructions

4.Add melted butter, beaten egg, and milk.
5.Mix the batter well until combined.
6.Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
7.Pour a spoonful of batter on the pan.
8.Cook for a minute on one side or until bubbles start to form on the surface.
9.Flip the cake and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
10.Repeat with the remaining batter.
