3/4 cup sugar ( I use Splenda Blend )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon , to serve

Instructions

1.Rinse rice until water runs clear.

5.Cover jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
