1/4 cup fideos , noodles ( shareyah )
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup oil
salt
3 cups water

Instructions

6.Turn off the heat and let the rice steam in the pot for an extra 10 minutes without lifting the cover.
7.Fluff the rice with a fork and serve while hot.
