10 cups chopped rhubarb

1 package fruit pectin crystals

6.Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Ladle the jelly into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Wipe the rims of the jars clean and cover with lids and bands. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
